The GAP analysis is an important part of ISO(27001), DORA and NIS2 implementation because it helps you understand what steps are needed to meet the requirements of the standard.

What does it entail?
A GAP analysis gives you insight into which parts your organization needs to improve or set up to be ready for ISO, DORA or NIS2 certification. This allows you to better estimate how much time and what external expertise is needed for the implementation process. You can then work on this yourself or with an external colleague from Fendix.
