What does a Privacy Officer as a Service do?
- Naleving en toezicht: Verantwoordelijk voor naleving van de AVG en andere privacywet- en regelgeving, toezicht houden op het privacybeleid van de organisatie, en optreden als contactpersoon voor de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP).
- Beleid en procedures: Opzetten en onderhouden van privacybeleid, verwerkersovereenkomsten, bewaartermijnen, verwerkingenregister en procedures.
- Advies en opleiding: Informeren en adviseren van medewerkers over gegevensbescherming en AVG, en indien nodig interne PO opleiden.
- Impact assessments: Opstellen van Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) en adviseren bij de uitvoering ervan.
- Melden van datalekken: Assisteren bij het melden van datalekken aan de juiste instanties en personen.
