What I really like about Fendix is that you are given the freedom to organize your own projects and that your own input is clearly visible in the work you create. A management system that you design yourself, for a client that you recruited yourself. Clients trust you and that is reflected in the bond you quickly build.
Beyond work, health and vitality is the focus. There is the option to exercise in the morning, take a walk in the afternoon, adjust your desk to standing height and healthy food is ready to be consumed. In addition to this, we compete among ourselves with small competitions. We play a game of golf, we cube or who can grow the tallest sunflower.
And after a week of hard work, you can relax hard with a voluntary group drink or in one of the many activities we undertake together. Should you have ambition there is the possibility to grow and should you find your niche, you can advance in your own position.
