What you will do:

- Conduct internal audits
- Guide trainees

This is what you will do
- You will implement the ISO 27001 standard for information security with your own clients. By setting up a management system that meets the ISO standards, you will guide the organization to their certification
- After implementation, the management system will be audited in the form of an internal audit. You will perform this on your colleagues and randomly test the system against the standard.
- In addition to this implementation work, you will also act as a knowledge partner in the field of cybersecurity for your clients
- You will supervise the certification audits of your clients. Here, a certification body checks whether the management system may be certified
- In addition to client projects, you'll spend one or two days a week improving Fendix. You will provide input on how we can improve our systems so that we can implement even better with clients. This way we can grow together!
This is what you bring
What you bring:
- A college level of work and thinking.
- At least 1 year of experience in information security or consulting. If you do not have this, please check our trainee vacancy
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 9001, NEN 7510 or ISO 27701 is a plus
- Communication skills such as communicating effectively, managing expectations and key interview techniques

Here's how you're going to learn
Before you really get started, we like to prepare you well. During our onboarding, you'll learn everything you need to know to go to your first client with confidence. Don't worry if you don't know everything yet, we're happy to bring you up to speed!
Week 1 & 2
- Get a taste of the culture, and get to know your colleagues and work activities
- You will be paired with a colleague, your buddy
- You are going to be introduced to ISO 27001

Week 3 & 4
- Buddy track- join your buddy in implementations he/she is running
- You will take courses from ISO 27001
- You will attend Lead Auditor training.

Week 5 & 6
- You will start with a practice implementation within Fendix
- Feedback moments with buddy
- You will finalize and complete courses

Week 7 & 8
- You walk with your buddy at his clients' homes
- You complete the practice implementation
- You will receive feedback and an improvement session for your practice implementation

Week 9 & 10
- Your confidence in your own abilities rises and you find that you begin to feel a need for your own clients and responsibility.
- In addition to being a consultant, you will develop as an auditor by performing internal audits independently, among other things.

Week 11 & 12
- The final touches! You will mainly be practicing at customer sites and going with colleagues to practice running an implementation independently
- Welcome on board! You are now officially a consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!

Week 1 - 4

- You will be introduced to ISO 27001 through courses

Week 5 - 8
- You will start with a practice implementation within Fendix.
- You will go with the customer. Together with your buddy you will perform your first implementations.
- In addition to your initial work, you will continue to gain knowledge by taking the cyber security course.

Week 9 - 16
- You get more and more responsible and start working on policies.
- When you go to the customer with your buddy you prepare for the meeting.
- Feedback moments with buddy

Week 17 - 20
- You complete the first buddy projects together.
- You will learn how to perform services such as internal audits, gap analysis and phishing tests.
- You will be assigned your first official client and get to run your own project.
- In addition, you will further develop as an auditor and consultant by conducting internal audits independently.

Week 21 - 24
- The final steps! You run your own clients and evaluate with your buddy about experiences.
- Welcome on board! You are now officially a junior consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!
- Just take the key to your car!
