I'm incredibly proud of what we've done with Fendix. My ultimate goal is that when colleagues ever retire, they will look back on Fendix as the most fun organization they've worked for in their career.

In the meantime, we have grown to a team of more than 15 consultants. In addition, we have increasingly adapted our approach: from a separate, project-specific approach to a scalable, systematic approach. All without losing sight of the unique context of our customers.

Everything that has to do with history. I've devoured every documentary on Netflix and YouTube and enjoy analysis of various conflicts in the twentieth century.

For us, it's about more than just ticking ticks, it's about the people who do it. I am proud of all my colleagues who daily support our customers in achieving their compliance goals. We are a close-knit club that not only cares for the customer, but is also there for each other!

Each new project comes with unique challenges. At the start of each project, you dive into another organization that is still unknown. It's a thrill to be so involved with different customers. Furthermore, the opportunity to work from home gives me the peace of mind to develop reports and policies, to seek dynamism and fun at the office.

Playing a game of FIFA or table tennis completes my day!

You learn about different companies in various sectors from inside and out, and you take a look at all facets of business operations. This is how you speak to IT, HR, but also facilities. In addition, in projects, we work towards one goal: certification. It's satisfying because I can really be of value to companies and I can translate complex challenges into something practical. This is especially important in healthcare.

On Strava, I try to create and chase as many segments as possible, while secretly training slowly. I also enjoy a high PSV level at top clubs and the Dutch team.

As a consultant, you are constantly applying the same type of problem in new contexts. As a result, you will be trained to be able to think abstractly and then apply this pragmatically to the organization and sector in question. In addition, working in the most current topics of the current decade is a big plus. There are ongoing global developments and I am actively contributing to this.

I love that I never have to make lunch and I often get sandwiches during audit days. It's a bit lazy, but it regularly makes me very happy.

I get a lot of energy from caring for others. Whether it's an extensive lunch table, taking care of financial matters or arranging company outings - I'm happy to arrange it. I really like the atmosphere in the workplace. It's nice to see how committed colleagues are together and how friendships develop.

90's and 00's hits! From Akon to Westlife and Britney. Preferably in the car at maximum volume and then sing along (falsely) loudly. At home on the couch, I appreciate a cappuccino and watching Friends of the Rookie. Then you really shouldn't bother me.

For me, customer contact is the most important part of my role as a consultant. Getting to know new customers and contacts, and building a personal relationship with them. Meanwhile, I often visit customers and this is really fun.

On the way home from a customer, I can't resist buying that Mars of Twix and eating it in the car.

I love being creative. I have hobbies like making music and drawing, and when writing texts, making white papers and landing pages, you're actually creating too. In addition to the strategic and analytical side of marketing, it is a way to express my creativity.

I'm a weather nerd. Somehow, I'm fascinated by tornadoes and lightning, which I enjoy watching videos of. A little simpler, I'm constantly investigating next week's weather. If I'm not up to date with the weather forecast, you should start worrying about me.

Because I get to know about twenty companies from the inside out a year, I gain a lot of experience about various sectors, organizational structures and cultures. As a business expert, I am extremely interested in this. In addition, the freedom in agenda management and work location is ideal for me, and I can go anywhere, business and private, with the company car.

For me, there's nothing like a car karaoke with songs by Katy Perry and Rihanna. I'm also a sneaky fan of the gas station's sticky cakes.

As a consultant, you are sometimes involved in organizations that professionalize and grow enormously during the project. Here, I am an active part of the growth of my customers. That is very satisfying.

I prefer to sit out and watch a nice football match on a Sunday afternoon and sing along to the songs loudly.

No security puzzle is the same, and it gives me great satisfaction to translate complex threats into workable solutions. I love not only solving the problem, but also involving the organization in the process to come out stronger. That alternation between deep into the subject matter and coaching people makes my role interesting every day.

I sincerely enjoy an extremely tightly organized Excel sheet. There is something very calming about data that falls into exactly the right boxes that has been spent too much time on.

Because we work within information security and privacy, you are more of a “partner” than a “supplier” in contact with customers. Because you're talking about very sensitive processes, you're really building a relationship with the customer. It gives me energy to inform people I speak to about digital resilience and what Fendix can contribute to this.

There's nothing like drinking a glass of cava on a sunny terrace.

No day is the same. One week, you'll be joining an organization with a completely different culture than the week before, and before you know it, you'll be diving into a completely unknown sector the following week. As a result, you learn very quickly, not only from theory, but especially from practice and customer stories. And to be honest: it's still cool to be able to take a look in the kitchen everywhere.

In the car, talk enthusiastically with colleagues about vacations, football or a party. Just turn off the serious consultant and just laugh with each other. That completes the working day.

In my work as a consultant, I mainly focus on privacy, which works very well for me because of my legal background. With this specialized knowledge, I can not only advise customers in various sectors, but also support my colleagues with complex issues.

This is definitely LEGO collecting and building. I have an extensive collection of movie cars, characters from my childhood and impressive highlights like a Star Wars ship.

No day is the same. Every customer needs a different approach, so you always learn new things. In addition, the customer contact really excites me, but I think it's just as important that colleagues are comfortable with each other. For me, this is the ideal combination of looking for solutions and developing social contacts.

Since I've been on the road a lot, I listen to a lot of podcasts these days. I simply alternate an episode about an unsolved murder case with a security episode. A colorful collection, if I do say so myself.

While learning about this current topic, I find it interesting to meet new people that I can work with. The variety of companies and business and policy management is very interesting as a business administration graduate. This way, you still get a glimpse into the kitchen and learn a lot.

I am a very fanatical, sometimes too fanatical, paddler. After the game, I also like to talk about that one impossible smash for a long time.
