Fanatical

Born and raised in Duiven, Jelle is not only fanatical on the padel court, but also a real football fanatic. With an AZ season ticket, he follows his favorite team faithfully, and after a sporting day, he is always up for a nice beer. During our Friends of Fendix outings, Jelle goes all out: winning is fun, losing a little less! 😄

A year of personal milestones for Jelle

The past year has been very exciting for Jelle, not only sportively and socially, but also privately. Together with his girlfriend, he bought his own house, where he is now investing plenty of time and energy. Decorating and renovating their new home is a nice balance to his work at Fendix.

Growing in your role

Jelle is also making big strides professionally. He is entrusted with increasingly complex and international projects. Last year, for example, he flew to Porto to visit United Waterways, and immediately extended his trip with a well-deserved weekend away with his girlfriend. He also passed his CISM exam last month. So he continues to develop, something we at Fendix are only too happy to facilitate.

Flexibility and remote work mentality

Jelle is an example of flexibility and remote work mentality within Fendix. He is now completely running his own operation and recently took the position of project manager. Since then, he has been the point of contact for colleagues, plays a key role in the onboarding and mentoring of juniors, and sharing his knowledge with the entire team.
