The Cyber Security Act (NIS2) will take effect on August 15, 2026. From day one, you must be able to demonstrate compliance if you fall under its scope. And that is exactly where it gets tricky: many organizations simply aren't sure if they are affected.

Why this NIS2 Quickscan?

With this free scan, you will know for sure by the end of the day. In three steps, you will walk through the sector and size criteria of the act and receive a concrete answer: do you fall directly under the Cbw, will you have to deal with it through your clients, or does the act not apply to you?

There are over 8,000 organizations that fall directly under the Cyber Security Act . In addition, tens of thousands of suppliers will have to deal with it, even without falling "under the act" themselves. There is a good chance this is relevant to you, even if you think it isn't.

What is included in the NIS2 Quickscan?

  • Sector check — check whether your organization is active in one of the 18 sectors listed in Annex I or II of the act, ranging from energy and healthcare to ICT services.
  • Size check — determine whether you are classified as an essential or important entity based on FTE, revenue, and balance sheet total.
  • Supply chain check — do you not fall directly under the act? Here you can read what you can still expect as a supplier to an organization that does, and how you can prepare for that now.

Download the NIS2 Quickscan

This will give you a clear answer to the question of whether you need to take action. You can download it to the side (or above if you are on your phone 😉). This download is currently only available in Dutch.

Still not sure?

Are you still in doubt after completing the scan, or do you want to know exactly what will be required of you? Schedule a no-obligation, free check with Kilian below. We will make sure you are well prepared.
