Als Sales Executive bij Fendix ben jij degene die onze groei een boost geeft door nieuwe klanten binnen te halen én relaties op te bouwen. Je spot kansen, houdt contact met potentiële klanten en sluit deals die echt passen bij hun behoefte aan informatiebeveiliging. Naast het saleswerk denk je ook mee over hoe we onze diensten nog verder kunnen ontwikkelen en verbeteren. Je werkt daarnaast nauw samen met de accountmanager en marketing.
This is what you will do
- Je haalt nieuwe klanten en opdrachten binnen.
- Je presenteert onze diensten op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging en privacy en laat (potentiële) klanten zien welke waarde we voor hen kunnen bieden.
- Je gaat op zoeken naar manieren om onze diensten uit te breiden bij bestaande klanten (upselling).
- Je speelt een actieve rol in de onderhandelingen en zorgt ervoor dat de contractvoorwaarden voor beide partijen kloppen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met onze accountmanager, die je alle kneepjes van het vak leert.
- Je rapporteert aan de accountmanager.
- Je ondersteunt de accountmanager bij werkzaamheden.
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met potentiële klanten, terwijl je nieuwe zakelijke kansen ontdekt.

Here's how you're going to learn
Voordat je aan de slag gaat, zorgen we ervoor dat je goed voorbereid bent. Tijdens onze onboarding krijg je alles mee wat je nodig hebt om met zelfvertrouwen je eerste salesgesprek in te gaan. Maak je geen zorgen als je nog niet alles weet, we helpen je graag om snel helemaal up to speed te komen!
- Get a taste of the culture, and get to know your colleagues and work activities
- You will be paired with a colleague, your buddy
- You are going to be introduced to ISO 27001
- Buddy track- join your buddy in implementations he/she is running
- You will take courses from ISO 27001
- You will attend Lead Auditor training.
- You will start with a practice implementation within Fendix
- Feedback moments with buddy
- You will finalize and complete courses
- You walk with your buddy at his clients' homes
- You complete the practice implementation
- You will receive feedback and an improvement session for your practice implementation
- Your confidence in your own abilities rises and you find that you begin to feel a need for your own clients and responsibility.
- In addition to being a consultant, you will develop as an auditor by performing internal audits independently, among other things.
- The final touches! You will mainly be practicing at customer sites and going with colleagues to practice running an implementation independently
- Welcome on board! You are now officially a consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!

- You will go with the customer. Together with your buddy you will perform your first implementations.
- In addition to your initial work, you will continue to gain knowledge by taking the cyber security course.
- You get more and more responsible and start working on policies.
- When you go to the customer with your buddy you prepare for the meeting.
- Feedback moments with buddy
- You complete the first buddy projects together.
- You will learn how to perform services such as internal audits, gap analysis and phishing tests.
- You will be assigned your first official client and get to run your own project.
- In addition, you will further develop as an auditor and consultant by conducting internal audits independently.
- The final steps! You run your own clients and evaluate with your buddy about experiences.
- Welcome on board! You are now officially a junior consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!
