What will you do?
📚 Doorlopen van de traineeship: binnen 6 tot 9 maanden word jij opgeleid tot Junior Information Security Consultant.
🤝 Ondersteunen van 'Medior Information Security Consultant': je gaat meedraaien in de praktijk, waarbij je onze Medior Consultant ondersteunt bij implementaties, audits en andere dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
🚀 Ondersteunen van interne organisatie: je draagt bij aan de groei van het team en de organisatie.

🎓 HBO werk- en denkniveau: twijfel je of je de juiste vooropleiding hebt gedaan? Niet doen. Wij vinden communicatieve vaardigheden en cultuurfit veel belangrijker.
🌱 Geen minimale relevante werkervaring: dat klopt, we zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste beginners die klaar zijn om de wereld van informatiebeveiliging te verkennen.
🔐 Affiniteit met informatiebeveiliging: je vindt het boeiend en hebt al een interesse in informatiebeveiliging. Misschien heb je zelfs wat gelezen over ISO-managementsystemen, procesmanagement of ICT.

Here's how you're going to learn
Before you really get started, we like to prepare you well. During our onboarding you will learn everything you need to know to go to your first client with confidence. Don't worry if you don't know everything yet, the traineeship is aimed at training you to become a junior consultant.
- Get a taste of the culture, and get to know your colleagues and work activities
- You will be paired with a colleague, your buddy
- You are going to be introduced to ISO 27001
- Buddy track- join your buddy in implementations he/she is running
- You will take courses from ISO 27001
- You will attend Lead Auditor training.
- You will start with a practice implementation within Fendix
- Feedback moments with buddy
- You will finalize and complete courses
- You walk with your buddy at his clients' homes
- You complete the practice implementation
- You will receive feedback and an improvement session for your practice implementation
- Your confidence in your own abilities rises and you find that you begin to feel a need for your own clients and responsibility.
- In addition to being a consultant, you will develop as an auditor by performing internal audits independently, among other things.
- The final touches! You will mainly be practicing at customer sites and going with colleagues to practice running an implementation independently
- Welcome on board! You are now officially a consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!

- You will start with a practice implementation within Fendix.
- You will go with the customer. Together with your buddy you will perform your first implementations.
- In addition to your initial work, you will continue to gain knowledge by taking the cyber security course.
- You get more and more responsible and start working on policies.
- When you go to the customer with your buddy you prepare for the meeting.
- Feedback moments with buddy
- You complete the first buddy projects together.
- You will learn how to perform services such as internal audits, gap analysis and phishing tests.
- You will be assigned your first official client and get to run your own project.
- In addition, you will further develop as an auditor and consultant by conducting internal audits independently.
- The final steps! You run your own clients and evaluate with your buddy about experiences.
- Welcome on board! You are now officially a junior consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!
- Just take the key to your car!
