Together, we will start in the Plan phase, in which we develop a project plan that is fully in line with your organization. Here, among other things, we determine the scope, target group, objectives, adoption strategy and roles. This forms the basis for the entire process.

In the DO phase we carry out the planned activities, such as starting the awareness program and the annual planning. During the Check phase we analyse results, prepare an LMS advisory report and evaluate the objectives. Based on these insights, we optimize in the ACT phase the project plan for the coming year and we are preparing for the next cycle. This way, your organization will continue to develop and strengthen itself in the field of security awareness.

A strong project team is important for the success of the implementation. An experienced Fendix Information Security Consultant takes on the role of project manager and leads the process so that your organization is completely unburdened.
