Jelle's morning
- I arrive at the office between 7:45 and 8:30. Sometimes I’m there by 7:30 to squeeze in a workout before starting, and on other days I sleep in for an extra hour.
- At 8:30, I grab some coffee and ease into the day. I always check the schedule the day before so I can get straight to work. After answering my emails, I start drafting a risk analysis for one of my clients.
- Around 11:00, I have a meeting scheduled to review the risk analysis with a colleague. Sam and I bounce ideas off each other and incorporate our feedback.
Lunchtime
- In the afternoon, we always have a great time having lunch together. It’s wonderful to have a catered lunch at the office. There’s always someone frying an egg or making a grilled cheese sandwich. During lunch, we usually watch some YouTube (especially Sluipschutters) or football highlights.
Jelle's afternoon
- After lunch, I get back to work for a client at 13:00. We have an online meeting scheduled to brainstorm the objectives for our implementation project.
- 14:00: Once the meeting is over, I immediately write up what was discussed and start working on the action items. It makes things so much easier.
- Around 15:00, I notice my concentration starting to fade. Mathijs, who sits across from me, suggests a game of ping pong. A great way to blow off some steam.
- For the last part of the day, I work on my own project within Fendix. I have an idea for developing a traineeship and I’m currently working on that. It’s nice that you get the time and space here to develop and pitch these kinds of things.
- 17:00: At the end of the day, I drive my company car from Elst back home. A productive day, for sure.
