I've been working at Fendix since April 2022 and I have to say, I really like it! My agenda is already full of implementation processes and other ongoing assignments. In my opinion, a nice development!

What do you think about the culture at Fendix?

What I really like about Fendix is that we are building a beautiful culture and that you can always be yourself. Fendix's culture is very open, there is time to joke around or find some distraction with your colleagues. You can say that I have great colleagues, I am very proud of that! We are on the same page in terms of motivation and attitude and support each other where possible. Because we attach great importance to communication and openness, there is a nice and transparent atmosphere where we accept each other's norms and values and can have a conversation with each other.

How can you develop yourself within Fendix?

Freedom in your job is one of those factors that contribute to this. If there are topics that interest you, you always get the chance to find out and present what added value it has for the organization. I also have a lot of opportunity to contribute ideas about the future of Fendix. For example, I am involved in sales and I support the preparation of legal documents (which is in line with my background: HBO Law).

All these things together mean that I go to work every day with great pleasure and commitment. There is a nice working atmosphere and I feel very much appreciated. Together with my colleagues, we work every day to certify customers and clients and to make a difference in this consulting world together.
